| 摘 要： | 通过抗醉和解酒两项实验,观察了乙醇脱氢酶直接作为解酒药物的抗醉酒及解酒作用.结果显示,乙醇脱氢酶在防酒醉试验中的作用效果比较明显,尤其是在给酒后1 h,小鼠血液中乙醇含量降低最明显,而对已经处于酒醉状态的小鼠的解酒作用效果并不明显.

| Abstract: | Anti-inebriation of ADH was observed by means of alcohol-resistance experiment and alcohol-relieving experiment, it was indicated that ADH is excellent on alcohol-resistant, it can reduce the alcohol in the blood, especially in the drink after 1 hour, but it has no significant effect on the alcohol-relieve for the mouse who was inebriated. |
