配电网停电管理系统分析与设计

配电网的停电直接影响线路的供电可靠性以及配电服务质量。该文在明确了系统的数据信息流转以及停电处理的业务流程之后,分析了利用G IS技术设计配电网停电管理系统,支持对计划停电以及故障停电的处理。在建立配电网的网络模型基础上利用G IS的路径追踪分析、连通性分析、网络分析功能,在线路容量、负荷平衡等约束条件下,进行最佳停电隔离点决策以及负荷转移分析,制定辅助停电方案,使停电影响最小。在设计的可视化人机界面上系统实现对配电网停电的显示、模拟、分析统计、方案分析以及工作票操作票管理。

Analysis and implementation of distribution outage management system

Outage of distribution directly affects distribution reliability and service quality.After information and data exchanging in this system and working flow processing outage are ascertained,outage management system(OMS) based on GIS is designed in this paper,which supports planed outage and contingency outage.Distribution geometric network is established based on GIS.Under the constraint of line capacity and load balancing,finding out best isolation point and load transfer scheme.This paper proposes an outage scheme using the function as path tracing,connectivity analysis,and network analysis to minimize the outage influence.The functions including outage display,outage simulation,analysis and statistic,scheme analyzing,and work order and operation tickets management have been implemented on the basis of visualization man-machine interface.
