化学亚胺化聚酰亚胺的制备及其应用研究

摘    要:以4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)、2,2一双3,5-二甲基-4-(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(TBAPP)为二胺单体,分别与二苯甲酮四酸二酐(BTDA)和二苯醚四酸二酐(ODPA)聚合,制备了一系列聚酰胺酸(PAA),并以乙酸酐/吡啶为脱水剂,对PAA进行化学亚胺化,得到聚酰亚胺(PI).探讨了化学亚胺化条件,通过红外光谱(FTIR)、特性粘度(η])、示差量热扫描(DSC)及热重分析(TGA)对PI进行了表征,并对其在两层法挠性覆铜板(2L-FCCL)上的应用作了一些研究.

Abstract:A series of polyimides were prepared by a condensation of diamine monomer,4,4'-oxydianiline(ODA) and 2,2-bis3,5-dimethyl-4-(4-aminophenoxy)] phenyl] propane(TBAPP) and 4,4'-oxydiphthalic anhydride(ODPA) or 3,3',4,4'-benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride(BTDA) via poly(amic acid) precursors and followed by chemical imidization with pyridine and acetic anhydride.The reaction conditions of chemical imidization were studied.The polyimides were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscope(FTIR),i...
