| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术和互联网技术的飞速发展，全球竞争日趋激烈，动态联盟将成为21世纪新的企业组织形态，分析了动态联盟的信息流，研究动态联盟信息流的安全需求，并提出了一种基于数字证书的信息安全策略，它能够保证动态联盟的信息安全。

| Abstract: | Along with rapid development of the information and network technology, the global competition has become fiercer. Virtual Enterprise would become a new organization form of enterprises in 21-st century.In this paper,the information flow of a virtual enterprise is analyzed,the requirements of their security are studied, and a kind of secure strategy based on digital certificate is provided,which is capable of ensuring the security of information of the virtual enterprise. |
