梅山选矿降磷工艺研究及应用

摘    要:叙述了梅山铁矿石的主要矿物工艺矿物学特征、磷赋存状态及嵌布特征。通过工艺研究,最后选择了弱磁--强磁降磷工艺,并成功应用。结合应用实践,提出了加强工艺管理、控制磷品位、开发研究适合梅山应用的强磁机新型棒介质的建议。

Abstract:The characteristics of the technological mineralogy of Meishan iron ore,occurrence station and dissemination characteristics of phosphorous are described.By the research,the dephosphorizing process of low intensity magnetic-high intensity magnetic separation is selected,which is applied successfully.In combination with practice,the proposals are put forward for improving process management,controlling grade of phosphorous and developing the new bar medium of high intensity magnetic separator which is suitable to Meishan.
