柴油机NOx排放测试在柴油机与增压器优化匹配中的应用

摘    要:增压器与柴油机的匹配优化,应首先找出柴油机的匹配点在增压器压气机性能曲线图的位置。但由于系统原因及测量过程中不可避免的误差,仅仅依靠柴油机平台试验数据(其中包括扫气压力Ps、增压器转速n等与增压器有关的参数)很难较为准确地判定柴油机与增压器匹配点位置。随着国际海事组织(IMO)对船舶柴油机NOx排放测试的强制性要求,为增压器与柴油机进行优化匹配创造了极为有利的条件。介绍了利用柴油机NOx排放测试中的有关数据进行增压器匹配优化的方法及可行性。

Abstract:In optimized matching of turbochargers and diesel engines,the position of matching point of diesel engines in performance graph of the compressor for the turbocharger.Due to the system and unavoidable errors in measurement,it is very difficult to judge accurately the matching point position of diesel engines and turbochargers only relying on test data (including parameters,such as Ps,n related to the turbocharger).The compulsory requirements of Internal Marine Organization (IMO)to NOx emission measurement of marine diesel engine are put forward,which supplies a beneficial condition for optimized matching of diesel engines and turbochargers.This paper introduces the methods and feasibility for optimized matching by using related data in measurement of NOx emission.
