Abstract:This article describes the key process parameter for prevention of the macroscopic coarse grain of GH4122B alloy steel fine die forgings by means of the preparatory heat treatment, as well as the property variation and principle of the die forgings after the preparatory heat treatment, which defines the preventive measures of the macroscopic coarse grain.
