DNA疫苗及其在传染病控制中的应用

疫苗在人类抵御传染性疾病的过程中扮演着重要角色,DNA疫苗在应对突发性新型传染病方面具有独特的优势。近年来,随着对DNA疫苗研究的不断深入,DNA疫苗的安全性和有效性均得到了极大的提高。虽然目前尚无人用DNA疫苗应用于临床,但在畜牧养殖业已有了初步的探索。本文对DNA疫苗的发展及其作用机制、优势、安全性、改进及其临床应用情况作一综述。

DNA Vaccine and Its Role in Control of Infectious Diseases

Vaccines play important roles in control of infectious diseases in humans,of which DNA vaccines have special advantage in preventing emergent novel infectious diseases.In recent years,along with the progress in research on DNA vaccines,both the safety and effectiveness of the vaccines improved significantly.Though DNA vaccines have not been used in clinic,their applications in animal husbandry and livestock breeding have been preliminarily investigated.The development,mechanism,advantage,safety,improvement and clinical application of DNA vaccines are reviewed in this paper.
