新成型剂挤压棒材烧结工艺研究

摘    要:本文以含钴10wt%的超细晶粒硬质合金挤压棒材为研究对象,采用一种新型超细硬质合金挤压成型剂,研究了不同总碳含量的原料、升温梯度及烧结气氛对合金棒材质量的影响,通过磁性能检测、金相观察及力学性能检测分析了棒材的综合性能。实验结果表明,选择相匹配的烧结气氛、升温梯度及合适的总碳含量原料,烧结后对试样进行热等静压处理,可以得到综合性能优异的挤压棒材,其抗弯强度大于3500MPa,洛氏硬度大于92.0。

Abstract:Taking the ultra-fine grain carbide extruded rod with 10 wt% of cobalt as the research object, by using a type of new binder for extrusion molding, the total carbon of different raw materials, and the effect of temperature gradient and the sintering atmosphere on rod quality, were studied. The overall performance of the rod was analyzed through metallographic observation and the detection of magnetic and mechanical properties. The experimental results show that the extruded rod exhibits excellent comprehensive properties by means of choosing suitable sintering atmosphere, temperature gradient and total carbon of raw material via hot isostatic pressing after sintering. The bending strength and Rockwell hardness is greater than 3500 MPa and 92.0, respectively.
