摘    要:针对传统硫基复合肥喷浆造粒干燥尾气除尘吸收装置存在的问题进行改造。介绍具体的改造措施,包括:对烟气管道进行保温,增加管径,增加一台旋风除尘器,新增文丘里洗涤器和空塔代替原旋风除沫器等。通过改造,台时产量增加2~3 t,干燥尾气中粉尘排放质量浓度由115 mg/m~3降到26 mg/m~3以下,氨排放质量浓度可控制在80 mg/m~3以内,使尾气达标排放。

Abstract:The transformation of drying tail gas absorption device of traditional spraying granulation is carried out.The transformation measures are introduced including:taking heat insulation and increasing the diameter for pipe,adding a cyclone dust collector and a electric demister,using Venturi and tower instead of whirlwind defoaming device,and so on.Through the transformation,the yield is increased 2-3 t/h,the mass concentration of dust emission in the drying tail gas from the spray granulation is reduced from 115 mg / m3 to below 26 mg / m3,and the mass concentration of ammonia emission is controlled within 80 mg / m3,the tail gas emission is up to standard.
