全水溶性氮钾复合肥技术开发

摘    要:云天化云峰分公司利用100 kt/a磷铵装置,采用硝酸铵溶液喷浆造粒法生产全水溶性氮钾复合肥。介绍全水溶性氮钾复合肥产品的养分特性及试生产过程,以及产品开发中存在的问题和控制措施。利用硝酸铵溶液喷浆造粒法,节约了倒运物流成本,同时有效利用了硝酸铵溶液的显热,节约能源,工艺可行。

Abstract:The full water-soluble nitrogen-potassium compound fertilizer is produced by spray granulation method with ammonium nitrate solution as raw material in 100 kt/a ammonium phosphate plant of Yunfeng Branch Company.The nutrient characteristics and trial production of full water-soluble nitrogen-potassium compound fertilizer product are introduced,the existing problems and it control measures are described.By using ammonium nitrate solution as raw material,the logistics cost is reduced,and the energy is saved with effective use of the sensible heat of ammonium nitrate solution.That shows the production process is feasible.
