摘    要:云南云天化股份有限公司云峰分公司300 kt/a磷酸二铵装置,由于产品包装温度偏高、筛分工艺落后等原因导致产品易结块;此外,生产中添加的尿素或氯化铵等提氮物质加料不均易产生花料,导致产品褪色。分析肥料结块原因,通过对冷却系统、筛分系统、包裹机进行改造,提高原料磷酸质量,以及将尿素以溶液形式加入造粒机,有效解决了产品结块及褪色问题。

Abstract:Because of the too high package temperature and the laggard screening technology,the product of 300 kt/a DAP plant in Yunfeng Branch Company of Yunnan Yuntianhua Co.,Ltd.is easy,to agglomerate.In addition,caused by uneven loading of urea or ammonium chloride,the color of the products is easy to fade.The caking reasons are analyzed,through transforming the cooling system,screening system and package machine,as well as improving the quality of raw material phosphoric acid,adding urea in the form of solution to pelletizer,the caking and fading problems of product are solved effectively.
