气液交叉流除尘器技术经济分析

摘    要:简要介绍气液交叉流除尘器的结构特征和除尘原理。结合某磷铵工厂复合肥生产线1.2×10~5m~3/h尾气数据,对采用降膜式气液交叉流除尘器脱除工艺尾气中气溶胶颗粒进行投资估算,并对比同工况下采用电除尘器、文丘里除尘器的设备费用、年费用和单耗费用。结果表明,当设计质量脱除率为80%时,降膜式气液交叉流除尘器的设备费用和年费用分别为159.2万、30.9万元,处理1亿m3尾气费用约3.6万元,具有很好的经济可行性。

Abstract:The structure characteristics and the dust removal principle of GLCA dust remover are introduced.The 1.2× 105 m3/h exhaust gas of the compound fertilizer in a certain ammonium phosphate factory is adopted to conduct investment estimation for the dust removal of aerosol particles utilizing falling-film GLCA dust remover.Comparison is made among the equipment cost,the annual cost and the consumption of treating 0.1 billion m3 exhaust gas of electric precipitator,venturi scrubber and falling-film GLCA dust remover.It turns out that the equipment cost,annual cost and the consumption of treating 0.1 billion m3 exhaust gas of falling-film GLCA dust remover are 1.592 million RMB Yuan,0.309 million RMB Yuan and 36 thousand RMB Yuan respectively,which are obviously less than the value of electric precipitator and venturi scrubber when the designed gravimetric removal efficiency is 80%.
