摘 要: | 为减少工艺水的使用量,对湿法磷酸装置机泵密封水进行循环利用改造。通过增加循环槽、水冷却器、循环泵,并改造相应管道,将机泵密封水收集、冷却后在密闭系统循环使用。改造后每年可节约工艺水量约44万m~3,折合人民币约66万元,每年节省污水处理成本约1 758万元。

Transformation of circulating utilization of pump seal water of wet-process phosphoric acid plant |

Abstract: | In order to reduce the amount of process water,the circulating utilization of pump seal water is transformed for wet-process phosphoric acid plant.By adding circulating slot,water cooler,circulating pump,and transforming the corresponding pipe,the pump seal water is collected and reused in a closed system after cooling.After transformation,the amount of process water is reduced by 440 thousand m3/a,that is equivalent to 660 thousand RMB Yuan per year,the cost of waste water treatment of 17.58 million RMB Yuan is saved per year. |
