| 摘 要： | 通过对阳煤丰喜肥业(集团)有限责任公司15万t/a转鼓复合肥装置的改造,总结转鼓复合肥设计及生产中的注意事项,包括原料配料系统、筛分设备、除尘设备、包膜滚筒、冷却设备存在的问题及改造措施。改造后,颗粒强度由12 N提高到20 N,订单量由4万~5万t/a提高至12万t/a,年节约费用298.76万元。

| Abstract: | Based on the transformation of 150 kt/a compound fertilizer plant by drum granulating in Yangmei Fengxi Fertilizer Industry (Group) Co.,Ltd,the matters need attention are summarized,including the existing problems of raw material batching system,screening machinery,dust-cleaning apparatus,coated equipment and roller equipment,and its transformation measures.After transformation,the intensity of the particles is increased from 12 N to 20 N,the order quantity is increased from 40-50 kt/a to 120 kt/a,the annual cost is saved by 2.987 6 million RMB Yuan. |
