大型湿法磷酸脱氟装置产业化应用研究

摘    要:针对目前湿法磷酸脱氟装置存在的问题进行梳理和分析,并开展相应的优化改造,包括提高原料品质,优化磷酸预处理工艺,提高脱氟温度,串联耦合脱氟工艺。改造后,脱氟磷酸产量提高58.6%,脱氟成本降低39.23元/t,实现产业化应用。

Research on application of industrialization defluorination device for large WPA plant
Abstract:The current problems existing in the wet-process phosphoric acid defluorination device are summarized,and the causes are analyzed;The corresponding optimization improvement measures are carried out,including improving the quality of raw materials,optimizing the pretreatment process of phosphoric acid,improving defluorination temperature,coupling defluorination processes etc.After improvement,the capacity of defluorinated phosphoric acid is improved by 58.6%,the defluorination cost is decreased by 39.23 RMB Yuan per ton,realizing industrialization application.
