扎实推进供给侧结构性改革 努力开创我国磷复肥行业新局面

回顾2016年我国磷复肥行业发展和中国磷复肥工业协会的工作,提出2017年工作重点。2016年行业运行平稳,产品结构优化、产业提质增效推进顺利,产业链得到有效拓展,科技创新有新的进展,但行业存在发展压力增大与应对风险能力较弱的矛盾、基础肥料产能过剩与高端需求不能满足的矛盾、环保趋严与历史欠账较多的矛盾、效益不佳与创新不足的矛盾。2017年将提高行业运行质量,加快行业创新体系建设,扎实推进节能环保和资源综合利用,壮大新产业,大力拓展国际市场,强化协会服务建设能力,开创我国磷复肥行业新局面。

Strongly promoting supply-side structural reform,inaugurating new situation of phosphatic compound fertilizer industry in China

The development situation of phosphatic compound fertilizer industry in China and the work of China Phosphatic Compound Fertilizer Industry Association in 2016 are reviewed,the working emphasis in 2017 is proposed.In 2016,operation of industry is smooth;the product structure optimization and quality and efficiency improvement of industry are smoothly promoted,the industrial chain is effective expanded,scientific and technological innovation has new progress;But the industry development exists some contradictions,including the increased development pressure and the weak ability of coping,the base fertilizer overcapacity and the insatiable high-end demand,the tighter environmental protection and the more debt with history,the poor benefit and the lack innovation.In 2017,the quality of industry operation will be improved,the construction of industry innovation system will be accelerated,energy conservation,environmental protection and resources comprehensive utilization will be promoted,new industry,and the international market should be expanded,the service ability of association should be strengthened to create a new situation phosphatic compound fertilizer industry in China.
