氢氧化钠中和法净化湿法磷酸的研究

摘    要:以氢氧化钠溶液中和净化湿法磷酸,研究反应终点pH值、加料速度、氢氧化钠溶液w(NaOH)、反应温度对湿法磷酸净化效果及料浆过滤性能的影响。结果表明,在反应终点pH为4.0、氢氧化钠溶液w(NaOH)为36.5%、加料速度为2.5 mL/min、反应温度为60℃时,得到过滤强度为3.14 g/(m~2·min),Fe_2O_3、Al_2O_3、CaO、MgO、F脱除率分别达到99.47%、99.82%、88.23%、45.55%、99.00%。

Abstract:The wet-process phosphoric acid (WPA) is purified by neutralization from sodium hydroxide.The effects of pH value at the end of reaction,feeding speed,concentration of sodium hydroxide solution,temperature on the purification effect of WPA and filtration performance of the reaction slurry are studied.The results show that,when the purification occurred at pH value of 4.0,feeding speed of 2.5 mL/min,concentration of sodium hydroxide solution of 36.5%,temperature of 60 ℃,the filtration strength is 3.14 g/ (m2·min),the removal rate of Fe2O3,Al2O3,CaO,MgO,F respectively reach 99.47%,99.82%,88.23%,45.55%,99.00%.
