多官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的合成及性能研究

摘    要:采取两步法合成了高官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,用实时红外光谱研究了多官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的光聚合动力学。并探讨比较了多官能度聚氨酯丙烯酸酯与其他单体配方的机械性能。研究发现,随着丙烯酸官能度的增多,双键转化率随之降低;且官能度的增加会提高漆膜的硬度。

Abstract:Multifunctional polyurethane acrylates were synthesized by two-step process. The photopolymerization kinetics of multifunctional polyurethane acrylates was monitored by real-time FTIR. The mechanical properties of multifunctional polyurethane acrylates in comparison with other monomers formulation were also studied. The results showed that, the structure of polyurethane acrylates had great effect on the conversion of double bond. It meant the more the functionality of polyurethane acrylates, the lower the double bonds converted. The hardness of coating film was improved with the increase of functionality of polyurethane acrylates.
