摘    要:为准确评价不同运行条件下复合绝缘子伞裙老化特性,评估其运行性能,分别对运行年限不同、所处地区污秽等级不同、运行环境不同的复合绝缘子进行憎水性检测和傅里叶红外光谱分析,并通过热重分析进行验证。对比不同条件下复合绝缘子伞裙的红外光谱(特征官能团吸收峰)和热重曲线差别,明确了运行年限相对较长、处于重度工业污秽地区或大风沙尘地区的复合绝缘子老化程度较高,并据此给出了复合绝缘子的运维建议。

Abstract:In order to accurately evaluate the aging characteristics of composite insulator skirts under different operating conditions and evaluate their operating performance, hydrophobicity detection and Fourier infrared spectrum analysis were carried out for composite insulators with different operating years, different pollution levels in different areas and different operating environments, and verified by thermogravimetric analysis. By comparing the infrared spectrum (characteristic functional groups absorption peak) and thermogravimetric curve of the composite insulator shirt under different operating conditions, it was clear that the composite insulator whose operating life was long relatively and which was located in the area of heavy industrial pollution or the area of strong wind and dust had a high degree of aging, and the operation and maintenance suggestions of the composite insulator were proposed based on the aforementioned results.
