百叶式风窗流场分布模拟及局部风阻计算分析研究

摘    要:为了实现王家岭煤矿井下用风地点风量的远程精确调控,研发了以井下压缩空气为主要动力的百叶式风窗。百叶式风窗能够通过气动马达改变窗扇的开启角度实现风窗过风面积的调整。本文运用Fluent软件模拟了王家岭煤矿12309回风绕道百叶式风窗在30°、45°、60°、70°及90°开启角度下的百叶式风窗前后的压能、风速及流场分布情况,并根据数值模拟得出百叶式风窗不同开启角度下的前后压差及风窗风阻,根据伯努利能量方程,推导出百叶式风窗局部风阻计算公式,并将公式计算风阻与井下实测风阻进行对比。结果表明:紊流状态时百叶式风窗的过风量对其风阻大小几乎没有影响,百叶式风窗局部风阻与其过风面积呈现负指数关系,井下实测得到百叶式风窗风阻与公式计算风阻最大误差为5.41%,对应的绝对误差只有0.0015 N·S2·m-8,利用本文推导的百叶式风窗局部风阻计算公式得到的局部风阻较为准确,可用于指导百叶式风窗现场调风工作。

Abstract:In order to realize the remote and accurate control of air volume in Wangjialing coal mine, the louver air window with compressed air as the main power was developed. By controlling the rotation of the pneumatic motor, the louver can change the opening angle of the window leaf to realize the adjustment of the ventilation area of the louver. In this paper, Fluent software is used to simulate the distribution of air pressure, wind speed and flow field before and after the louver at the opening angles of 30°, 45°, 60°, 70° and 90°. Through numerical simulation, the ventilation resistance and local wind resistance of air window under different opening angles are obtained. Based on Bernoulli energy equation, the calculation formula of local wind resistance of the air window is derived. The wind resistance calculated by the formula is compared with that measured in coal mine. The results show that: in turbulent state, the influence of the air volume on the wind resistance is very small. The local wind resistance of the wind window is negatively exponentially related to its ventilation area. The maximum relative error between the measured wind resistance and the wind resistance calculated by the formula is 5.41%, and the corresponding absolute error is only 0.0015 N·S2·m-8. The local wind resistance of the air window calculated by the formula is accurate and can be used to guide the air volume adjustment of the air window in the coal mine.
