摘    要:随着我国风力发电的快速发展,风电输出功率的随机性和波动性使得电网调频难度加大,为解决此问题,可采用大容量高功率飞轮储能系统进行平抑,因此亟需研究飞轮储能阵列的容量配置方法,增大系统的利用率并降低初始投资成本。通过建立250 kW/50(kW·h)大容量高功率飞轮储能单元模型,引入相应单元以及阵列控制策略。基于低通滤波方法,在考虑储能阵列的充放电效率以及荷电状态的条件下对储能阵列容量配置计算进行了研究。针对容量配置过程中由于充放电效率而引发的容量配置过大的问题,提出了一种电量调节控制策略,以及一种飞轮储能阵列容量配置方法,通过调整充放电功率指令,减少储能单元数量,实现储能阵列利用率的增大并降低初始投资成本。以储能配置不超过风电场装机容量的20%为约束条件,针对山东某风电场实际输出功率数据,仿真验证了本文提出的飞轮储能阵列容量配置方法。

Abstract:With the domestic rapid development of wind power generation, the randomness and volatility of wind power output makes it more difficult to adjust the frequency of the power grid. A largecapacity and highpower flywheel energy storage system can be used for smoothing. Therefore, it is urgent to study the capacity configuration method of the flywheel energy storage array to increase the utilization rate of the system and reduce the initial investment cost. Through establishing a 250 kW/50(kW·h) largecapacity highpower flywheel energy storage unit model, and introduced the corresponding unit and array control strategy. Then, based on the lowpass filtering method, the calculation of the capacity configuration of the energy storage array is studied under the condition of considering the charging and discharging efficiency of the energy storage array and the state of charge. Aiming at the problem of excessive capacity configuration caused by the charging and discharging efficiency in the capacity configuration process, a power adjustment control strategy is proposed, and a flywheel energy storage array capacity configuration method is developed to reduce energy storage by adjusting the charging and discharging power commands. The number of units can increase the utilization rate of the energy storage array and reduce the initial investment cost.Based on the constraint that the energy storage configuration does not exceed 20% of the installed capacity of the wind farm, the simulation verified the capacity configuration method of the flywheel energy storage array proposed in this paper based on the actual output power data of a wind farm in Shandong.
