综放开采顶煤破碎放煤工艺参数优化研究

摘    要:提高顶煤回收率是综放开采技术的关键,而顶煤的破碎程度及破碎后的充分放出对顶煤回收率有着重要影响。因此,研究厚煤层综放开采顶煤在不同工艺参数下的破坏机理、破碎程度及放出规律,对于实现综放开采工作面的高产高效具有重要意义。以王家岭煤矿2#煤层12309综放开采工作面为研究背景,通过理论计算与相似模拟实验相结合的方法,得出合理的放煤步距为0.865m,并在合理机采高度和放煤步距的基础上研究了不同放煤方式,得出一采一放为最合理的放煤工艺;最后,基于研究得出的放煤工艺参数对王家岭煤矿2#煤层12309综放开采工作面放煤进行数值模拟,其顶煤回收率和含矸率分别为90.6%、7.2%,考虑到现场放煤控制难易程度及工作面生产效率,确定出合理的放煤方式为单轮间隔放煤。

Abstract:Increasing the recovery rate of top coal is the key to fully mechanized caving mining technology, and the crushing degree of top coal and the full release after crushing have an important impact on the recovery rate of top coal. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the destruction mechanism, degree of breakage and discharge law of top coal under different technological parameters in fully mechanized top coal caving mining in thick coal seams. Taking the 12309 fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in No. 2 coal seam of Wangjialing Coal Mine as the research background, through the combination of theoretical calculation and similar simulation experiments, a reasonable coal discharge step of 0.865m is obtained, and at a reasonable machine mining height and coal discharge On the basis of the step distance, different coal caving methods are studied, and one mining and one caving is the most reasonable coal caving process. Finally, based on the coal caving process parameters obtained from the study, the 12309 fully mechanized caving face in Wangjialing Coal Mine 2# coal seam Numerical simulation of coal caving, the top coal recovery rate and gangue rate were 90.6% and 7.2% respectively, considering the ease of on-site coal caving control and the production efficiency of the working face, a reasonable coal caving method was determined as a single wheel interval Put coal.
