| 摘 要： | 大学阳光体育运动长效机制是一个系统工程，要求每一方面、每一环节都能互相协调，共同促进，才能保证其有效性．在此系统中，阳光体育的激励、保障与制约机制的合理使用与宏观、微观层次的机制的有效统合，以及实施过程中的行政一计划式机制、监督一反馈式机制与指导一服务式机制的有机统一，对构建大学阳光体育运动的长效机制有着极为重要的作用．

| Abstract: | Long-term mechanism of college sunshine sports is a systematic project.It requires coordination and promotion of every aspects and stages to ensure its validity and efficiency.In the system,it plays a vital role in terms of effective combination of proper adoption of stimulation,guarantee and restriction of sunshine sports and macro and micro mechanism,as well as unification of administrative in this process,scheduled mechanism,supervision,feedback mechanism and guidance,service mechanism. |
