摘    要:壳聚糖是天然高分子化合物,利用其良好的絮凝能力可以有效去除蛋白废水中的蛋白质,并将其回收.通过絮凝实验发现,在适宜的条件下,豆浆、奶粉模拟水样浊度的去除率分别达到了95%,88%以上,每克壳聚糖对粗蛋白质的平均回收容量为28 g.壳聚糖本身无毒、无味,不会造成二次污染,是絮凝和回收蛋白质的理想絮凝剂.

Abstract:The use of chitosan in protein wastewater treatment is introduced. 95% and 88% turbidity removal is achieved when chitosan is added into the bean oar and protein water. The research results show that the recovery efficiency of protein by chitosan reaches over 28 g/g. Chitosan, having coagulating and adsorbing functions, displays a widely applied future in water treatment.
