基于RSLinx的合成氨控制室内环境监控系统设计

摘    要:随着室内环境污染愈来愈受到人们的重视,如何改善室内空气质量,防治污染已成为急需解决的问题。目前对民用建筑室内环境方面的研究较多,但针对工作环境特别是化工厂工作室内的环境研究较少。本文从技术角度入手,提出了为改善合成氨控制室操作员工作条件,对控制室环境进行监控的思想。文章分析了合成氨控制室空气污染的成因,系统的监测指标和污染防治方法;并在生产厂区现场总线RSlinx的基础上,设计了控制室环境监控系统。

Abstract:With the increasingly attention on indoor environment pollution, how to improve the indoor air quality, and how to prevent and control pollution have become urgent problems. Currently there have most researches ofindoor environmental on the civil aspects, but have few researches on the work environment, especially on the chemical works’ indoor environment. So this article proposed one environment monitoring system to improve the working conditions of operator in the ammonia control room. First, it analyzed the air pollution causes of control room, and gave the monitoring index and pollution prevention methods; then it designed the environmental monitoring control system based on RSLinx fieldbus for control room.
