摘    要:以某高层办公大楼筏板基础施工实例为背景,从施工与构造设计两大方面入手,总结与分析出一系列有效的技术措施,着重从提高混凝土的浇筑质量、控制混凝土温升、延缓混凝土降温速率、减少混后凝土收缩变形、增大混凝土极限抗拉应力值、改善混凝土约束条件和加强温度监测等环节进行阐述。与此同时,提出了多种应对温度裂缝及温度应力的新工艺与经改善的施工方法,取得了颇具价值的施工经验和经济效益。

Abstract:This text takes the construction of a high-rise office' s baseboard as an example and focuses on construction and structure design, analyzes and summarizes a series of effective technical solutions. The paper concentrates on enhancing the concrete pouring quality, controlling the concrete temperature rise, delaying concrete cooling rate, reducing concrete shrinkage distortion, increasing tensile strength of concrete, improving constraint condition of concrete, and strengthening temperature monitoring. Meanwhile, many new procedures and amendatory construction methods are proposed, all of which achieve a lot engineering experiences and economic benefits.
