地震设防区高层建筑人工地基设计探讨

摘    要:当天然地基不能满足建(构)筑物设计要求时,需要对其进行地基处理,形成人工地基,以满足建(构)筑物的安全与正常使用。人丁地基包括复合地基和桩基础。在地震设防区建造高层建筑时,对承载力低、压缩性高及存在有液化土层的地基,研究探讨人丁地基设计,是一件很有实际意义的工作。对现有规程规范进行了全面深入研讨和分析,并通过一工程实例在现有规程规范的基础上进行优化设计,做到设计方案技术先进可行、经济合理,为以后类似工程设计提供参考。

Abstract:When natural subgrade can not be satisfied the requirements of building design,We need to take ground treatment for its safe and normal use,Artificial subgrade include composite subgrade and pile foundation . when high-rise building locate at earthquake fortification area, for low supporting capacity, high compression or liquefied soil subsoil,Artificial subgrade design research become a engineering significance valuable work . This paper has inspected and analyzed the existing codes and standards, based on comprehensive and correct understand to the codes and standards. Has given a project example optimization design,the design plan is advance in technology, economy is reasonable,provides a reference for the later similar engineering design.
