浅析施工日志的应用

目前施工企业的施工日志大多流于形势，内容没有针对性，空洞乏味，不能完整、确切的反映施工的真实面貌，给工程质量、施工安全、施工争议等一系列问题的还原带来困难，无法推敲和定论施工的真实情况，所以，根据以往施工的经验，谈谈施工日志在施工过程中应该记录什么内容，如何记录，侧重点是什么，以便于让施工日志更好的服务于工程，更好的服务于企业。
