基于游程编码的PCB缺陷检测算法

摘    要:在采用计算机视觉技术检测印刷电路板(PCB)质量时,对印制电路板的缺陷信息进行游程编码和连通区标注,连通区信息用指针数组和动态链表保存,信息处理速度得到提高,减少了数据存储所需内存空间;对连通区的特征量计算和数据分析,增强了抗干扰能力,能有效地进行缺陷判别并给出缺陷类型和位置信息.实验表明该方法简单有效,处理速度也较快.
