N-[(4-溴-3,5-二氟)苯基]丙烯酰胺的合成与表征

摘    要:实验以丙烯酰氯和4-溴-3,5-二氟苯胺为原料,在三乙胺催化下合成了含氟丙烯酰胺单体N-(4-溴-3,5-二氟)苯基]丙烯酰胺。该单体经红外光谱、质谱、~1H NMR和~(13)C NMR进行了表征,探讨了各步反应的影响因素。最佳工艺条件为:催化剂三乙胺用量为投料总质量的1.15%,反应时间4 h,反应温度0℃,n(丙烯酰氯):n(4-溴-3,5-二氟苯胺)=1.1:1。产物质量收率为62.5%。

Abstract:Under the catalysis of triethylamine,acryloyl chloride reacted with 4-Bromo-3,5-difluoroan-iline for 4 h at 0℃to yield N-(4-Bromo-3,5-difluorine)phenyl]acrylamide.The chemical structure of the product was confirmed by means of FT-IR,~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR and mass spectroscopy.Various influencing factors on the reactions were also investigated and discussed.The optimum reaction conditions were found as follows:w(TEA) = l.15%,reaction temperature 0℃,reaction time 4 h, molar ratio of n(acryloyl chloride) to n(4-Bromo-3,5-difluoroaniline) of 1.1.Under these conditions, the yield of N-(4-bromo-3,5-difluorine)phenyl]acrylamide was 62.5%.
