注射成型氧化铝陶瓷工艺研究

摘    要:研究了氧化铝陶瓷注射成型工艺过程,包括粘结剂的选择、粉末装载量的确定及热脱脂工艺的研究。探讨了注射压力、注射温度和模具温度等注射成型工艺参数对试样性能的影响,得到了一条优化的氧化铝注射成型工艺路线。

Abstract:The process of alumina ceramic injection molding was investigated thoroughly. The mixing parameters such as the choice of binder system, the powder loading and the debinding technology were studied. And, the effect of the injection molding parameters such as the molding pressure, molding temperature and mold temperature on the performances of samples was discussed. Finally, a successful injection molding process for the alumina ceramic was obtained.
