| 摘 要： | 设计了一种用变频器对凸轮式闪光焊机进行变频送进的控制系统。该系统以工控机为控制平台，应用Visual C^ 进行语言编程，通过改变变频器的频率来控制电机的转速，实现对焊接遥进速度的控制。试验证明．使用该控制系统可以用一种凸轮实现多种焊接送进曲线，并且可以根据被焊工件的材质、尺寸进行控制参数预置。应用该系统实现了闪光悍机递进曲线的柔性控制。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a control system of frequ en cy-convert feeding adopted the frequency-converter in controlling cam flash bu tt welding machine is designed.The system is combined with Visual C ++ at the platform of industrial computer.By changing the frequency of the fr equency-converter,feeding speed of workpiece is controlled.Through the experi ments,it shows that the system realize the different offset curves with the s ame cam shape and we can control the all kinds of presetparameters of controlli ng system according to the material style and size of work-piece.The system re alize s the flexiable control to the flash butt welding machine. |
