摘    要:针对调水工程开发项目决策问题,采用投影寻踪分类模型(PPC),利用基于实数编码的加速遗传算法(RAGA)优化其投影方向,将多维数据指标(样本评价指标)转换到低维子空间,根据投影函数值的大小评价出样本的优劣,从而做出决策,最大限度避免了其他方法权重矩阵取值的人为干扰,取得了满意的效果,为水利工程开发项目决策及其它评判决策问题提供一条新的方法与思路。

Abstract:To counter the decision of water transfer project, the projection pursuit classification model is adopted, the accelerating genetic algorithm based on the real code is used to optimize projection direction, the multi-dimensional target c evaluating target of sample is transformed to low dimension subspace, the decision is made according to the projection function value for evaluate the sample , the artificial interference of weight matrix collecting value for other method is avoided with the maximum limit. The satisfied result is gained for provide a new method and way of water project decision and other decision.
