微乳切削液防锈性研究

介绍了一种可用于微乳切削液的防锈水的防锈性能，并给出加入一定量该防锈水的微乳切削液的性能及应用情况。结果表明：本实验所得微乳切削液为浅黄色透明液体；该切削液中加入自制防锈水后，各项性能不仅达到国标要求，而且满足挂片实验15天不生锈的要求；该产品经使用实验证明防锈性、润滑性、冷却性、清洗性好，低泡沫，对环境无污染，对设备无腐蚀。对身体无毒害。长期使用无霉变。

Study on Anti-rust Performance of Micro Emulsion as Cutting Fluid

The performance of anti-rust water used for the micro emulsive cutting fluid was introduced and the characters and the application of a new type micro emulsive cutting fluid with the anti-rust water were discussed. The result shows that the micro emulsive cutting fluid is a transparent yellow liquid; after adding the anti-rust water, the micro emuisive cutting fluid is accordant with the Chinese Standard and can meet the rustless require of 15 day hanging sheet experiment. The application result shows that the product has good anti-rust nature, good lubricating ,cooling and cleaning properties.
