煤炭微波脱硫技术研究现状与发展

摘    要:综述了煤中含硫组分的分类、赋存状态以及微波辐射作用下含硫化学结构对微波的断键响应;分析了煤炭微波脱硫的作用机理,同时对非热效应存在的理论依据进行了阐述。结合微波试验装置的发展,介绍了适用于煤炭微波脱硫的非热效应试验研究方法,并展望了煤炭微波脱硫技术的发展方向。

Abstract:The paper introduced the classification and deposit status of the sulfur component in coal and stated the sulfur content chemical structure under the microwave radiation role affected to the bond breaking response of microwave.The paper analyzed the function mechanism of the coal microwave desulfurization and stated the theoretical basis of the non-thermal effect.With the development of the microwave test device,the paper introduced the non-thermal effect test and study method suitable for the coal microwave desulfurization and prospected the development orientation of coal microwave desulfurization technology.
