摘    要:针对平沟煤矿1605工作面施工顺层区域预抽钻孔过程中时有喷孔发生,给钻孔施工带来安全隐患的情况,通过对该工作面未被保护区域进行理论分析、上覆工作面采场应力场的应力分布规律、煤层赋存变化和钻孔施工工艺等因素的分析,找出了钻孔喷孔的原因,并在此基础上提出了防治钻孔喷孔的对策,保证了该工作面顺层钻孔的安全顺利施工。

Abstract:According to the hole spraying occurred during the regional drainage borehole drilling along seam of No.1605 coal mining face in Pinggou Mine,the safety danger conditions could be occurred to the borehole drilling operation.With the theoretical analysis on the coal mining face in a non protected area and the analysis on the stress distribution law of the stress field over the coal mining face,seam deposit variation,borehole drilling technique and other factors,the causes of the hole spraying were found.Based on the circumstances,the countermeasures to prevent and control the hole spraying were provided and thus a safety successful construction of the borehole drilled along the seam of the coal mining face could be ensured.
