上隅角埋管抽放前后采空区瓦斯运移规律研究

摘    要:针对新安煤矿14211沿空留巷综放开采工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度超限问题,对综放开采工作面采空区瓦斯运移规律进行了研究。根据CFD数值模拟的理论,建立采空区瓦斯渗流的三维非均质模型,并得到了模型中相应参数的确定方法。利用Fluent数值模拟软件,对比分析了沿空留巷综放开采工作面上隅角瓦斯有无情况下的采空区瓦斯运移及浓度分布规律。模拟结果表明:通过上隅角瓦斯抽放可平均减少42%的上隅角和采空区的瓦斯,有效解决了沿空留巷综放开采工作面上隅角瓦斯积聚问题,从而保障了综放开采工作面的安全生产。

Abstract:Based on the upper corner gas content over limit problem of No.14211 fully mechanized top coal caving mining face with gateway retained along goaf in Xinan Mine,a study was conducted on the gas migration law of goaf in the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face.According to the CFD numerical simulation theory,the 3D inhomogeneity model of goaf gas seepage was established and the determination method of the related parameters was provided for the model.The Fluent numerical simulation software was applied to compare and analyze the gas migration and gas content distribution law of the goaf under the gas drainage condition available or not at the upper corner of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face with a gateway retained along goaf.The simulation results showed that the gas drainage at the upper corner could reduce 42% gas in the upper corner and goaf in average.Thus the gas accumulation problems of the upper corner in the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face with gateway retained along goaf was effectively solved and the safety production of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face with gateway retained along goad could be protected.
