摘    要:针对运河煤矿采区供风不平衡、通风机负担重等问题,对矿井通风系统进行了通风阻力测定。在综合分析通风系统中存在问题的基础上,提出了应用均衡通风原则优化矿井通风系统的方法,并利用计算机对该矿2012—2015年的通风网络系统进行了模拟解算,分析了不同采掘布置时的矿井通风状态。通过采区均衡通风的优化与控制,达到了矿井通风阻力增长最小化的目的,满足了矿井需风要求,保证了矿井生产能力。

Abstract:According to the unbalanced ventilation supply in the mining block and heavy loading of the ventilator and others problems in Yunhe Mine,the ventilation resistance measurement was conducted on the mine ventilation system.Based on the comprehensive analysis on the problems existed in the mine ventilation system,a balanced ventilation principle method was provided to optimize the mine ventilation system.A computer was applied to the simulation resolution on the ventilation network system from 2012 to 2015 and to analyze the mine ventilation status when different mining and excavation layout made.With the optimization and control of the balanced ventilation in the mining block,the minimized target of the mine ventilation resistance increasing was reached,it could meet the mine ventilation requirements and could ensure the mine production capacity.
