摘    要:为获得煤炭地下气化污染物析出规律与气化工作面温度的关系,给现场工艺操作提供理论依据,利用煤炭地下气化模型试验平台,研究了涌水量10 L/h、氧体积分数35%条件下污染物析出规律与气化工作面温度、煤气热值等参数之间的关系。研究结果表明:随着气化工作面温度的升高,氨氮的析出量、电导率以及煤气冷凝水的pH值均增大,COD析出量降低;煤气热值的变化与炉内温度场变化一致,最终建立了气化工作面温度带分布与污染物析出量之间的定量关系。

Abstract:In order to provide the theoretical basis to the site technical operation and acquire the relationship between the emission law of the underground coal gasified pollutants and the temperature of the coal gasified face,a test platform of the underground coal gasification model was applied to study the relationship between the pollutant emission law,the temperature of the coal gasified face,gas thermal value and other parameters under the conditions of 10 L/h water influx and 35% oxygen volume fraction.The study results showed that with the temperature increased of the coal gasified face,the emission value of the ammonia nitrogen,the electric conductivity and the pH value of the coal gas cooling water would be increased and the emission value of the COD would be decreased.The variation of the coal gas thermal value was the same to the variation of the gasifier temperature field.A quantitative relationship between the temperature zone distribution of the gasified face and the pollutants emission value was finally established.
