| 摘 要： | 针对合成氨装置中净化气水冷却器存在的传热效率低，易失效等问题，开发以薄管板，横纹槽管，折流杆，简易导流筒为特征的高效换热器予以取代，实现了造价低，效率高，使用效果满意之目的。

| Abstract: | In the light of the prolems of low heat trasfer efficiency and ease of olsing efficacy existing in the water cooler for purified gas in an ammonia unit,a high-efficiency heat exchanger has been developed with the characteristics of thin bubeplate,band-grooved bubes,bafflers and simple draft bubes,to replace the water cooler,attaining the aims of low manufacturing cost,high efficiency and satisfactory results of ues. |
