摘    要:本文就同轴电缆中,0.25mm 厚紫铜带外导体的焊接,进行了可焊性分析,选用了低频脉冲钨极氩弧焊方法。进行了大量焊接工艺研究,成功的控制了焊缝成形,并获得了优质焊接接头,满足了产品的技术要求。文中分析了0.25mm 厚紫铜带焊接,控制焊缝端部成形及焊接接头性能的关键。特别指出了应注意夹具的散热作用。还提出了 ZXG—120为整流焊机,获得矩形脉冲电流波形的方法。

Abstract:In this paper,the weldability of the outer conductor with co-axial cable made of 0.25mm thick band copper is analyzed by using the TIG welding process with low frequency pulse current.Through numbrs of tests for welding technology,the results show that the authors have successfully controlled the formation of weld,and obtained the high quality welded joint which is able to satisfy the technical requirements in production.This paper discusses that the key problem to weld band copper with a thickness of 0.25mm is to control the appearence of edge weld and the performance of welded joint,and,especially,the role of heat dissipation on the clamping apparatus should be taken into consideration.Besides,a method to obtain a form of rectanglar pulse-waves the ZXG-120 rectifier power source is also presented in this paper.
