摘    要:为改善传统EMI滤波器的滤波性能,分析并采用了合成扼流圈来替代传统分立扼流圈,并根据滤波器阻抗失配原理,通过分析LISN网络与噪声源的阻抗特性,分别对共差模等效电路进行分析与设计,提出了基于合成扼流圈的开关电源EMI滤波器设计方法.试验结果证明,此方法是有效的,并已成功地应用在燃料电池轿车用DC/DC变换器的控制电路板设计中.

Abstract:In order to improve the performance of conventional EMI filter, the integrated choke was analyzed and adopted to replace the conventional choke. According to the principle of filter mismatched impedance, with impedance analysis of LISN and noise source, the equivalent circuits of common mode and differential mode were analyzed separately. Then an EMI filter design method of SMPS based on integrated choke was proposed. Experiment result proves that the method is effective , and it has been applied successfully in the control system of DC/DC converter for fuel cell electrical vehicle.
