摘    要:福建鸿山热电厂厂房球面网壳跨度达到121.2 m,重点介绍了大跨度网壳结构的设计要点和悬挑施工的关键技术.通过对同类工程设计参数的合理取值分析,优化了施工工艺和流程,采用高空悬挑散装法,在确保设计安全和施工质量的前提下,达到了无支撑施工、缩短工期和降低成本的效果,相关施工方法可供其他工程参考.

Abstract:The span of Fujian Hongshan heat power plant's spherical reticulated shell is up to 121.2 m. This paper mainly introduces the key design points of the super long-span spherical reticulated shell structure and the key technology for the cantilever construction. Through the analysis of the proper value for the design parameters in similar projects, the construction method and process were optimized. On the premise of ensuring design safety and construction quality, the overhead cantilever bulk installation method could achieve the non-support construction which effectively shorten the construction period and lower the cost. Such related construction methods can provide reference for other projects.
