摘    要:换位导线是变压器的核心部件,其性能优劣直接影响变压器的性能和使用安全。为了提高换位导线的整体性和机械强度,通常在制备换位导线时采用自粘性漆包扁线。自粘性漆包扁线的粘合强度保持温度对换位导线的影响随着500 kV以上超高压、特高压变压器的研究和应用越来越得到各方的关注。通过对自粘性漆包扁线的粘合强度保持温度的研究,阐述现有自粘性漆包扁线存在的问题,并提出其技术发展趋势。

Abstract:CTC is a core component of the transformer, its performance will directly affect the property and safety use of transformer, in order to improve the integrity and mechanical strength of CTC, normally to use epoxy enameled flat wire to produce CTC. The impact of epoxy enameled flat wire adhesive property keeping temperature has been con- cerned by all parties due to 500kV above EHV and UHV transformers has been more researched and applications. To research of keeping temperature of adhesive property for epoxy enameled flat wire through this article to expound the exist problems of epoxy enameled flat wire and provide technological development trend.
