高支纯棉筒子纱染色工艺研究

为了提高纱线染色质量,生产出符合客户要求的200sC/2纯棉纱线,本文结合了生产实践,针对高支纯棉纱线的特点,确定了纯棉筒子纱线染整加工工艺,包括松筒、前处理、染色和柔软处理等,给出了各工序的工艺处方、条件、流程和注意事项。结果表明,染色纱线的强度损伤小,其染色后耐洗牢度、汗渍牢度均较好,湿摩擦牢度能达到4~5级。

A Study on Dyeing of Fine Cotton High Count Yarn

In order to produce high quality colored 200s C/2 cotton yarns that customers required, the dyeing and finishing process for cone cotton yarn were determined based on the production practice and the characteristics of high count cotton yarn, including loose winding, pretreatment, dyeing, and softening. Formulae of each process, conditions, and notices were pointed out. The results showed that the strength loss was low, and dyed cheese featured satisfactory washing fastness and perspiration fastness; the wet rubbing fastness was 4 - 5 grade.
