ZG30SiMnCrMoVRE新型耐磨材料的研制

摘    要:通过大量实验研究,设计并研制出ZG30SiMnCrMoVRE合金及其热处理工艺制度。对给定的合金成分,在930℃对其进行水淬,(230±10)℃进行回火处理,所得合金的硬度和冲击韧性都达到了比较理想的数值。而采用1150℃超高温淬火所得材料的硬度计冲击韧性并不理想。该合金具有生产工艺简单,硬度及冲击韧性较高等特点。

Abstract:Wear resistant alloy ZG30SiMnCrMoVRE and its heat treatment technology were designed and developed on the basis of experiments. In the given condition of chemical compostions, the alloy was water quenched at 930 ℃ and tempered at (230 ± 10)℃. The hardness and impact toughness of the alloy were satisfactory. However, when the alloy was quenched at 1 150℃, the hardness and toughness were not so good. In conclusion, the alloy has high hardness and impact toughness and can be produced with simpler technologies.
