直线悬臂电镀的PLC自动控制

摘    要:介绍了可编程序控制器(PLC)在直线式悬臂电镀自动控制中的应用;阐述了直线式悬臂电镀自动控制系统的组成和工作原理;叙述了PLC与触摸屏结合的控制方式结合直线式电镀自动控制系统的特点。从车间层面上分析并设计了系统的网络结构,就设备级的控制进行深入的研究,在硬件和软件两个层面上对生产线的控制进行了设计,最后对于系统的可靠性进行了设计。实际运行情况表明,系统运行稳定,能够满足生产的工艺要求。

Abstract:The application of PLC in automatic control of electrophoresis in cantilever-line is introduced. The construction and working principle of automatic controlling system are explained. The controlling way between the PLC and touch panel is emphasized. The network structure of the system is analyzed and designed immediately in the work shop, and the thorough research on the control equipment is carded on. The production line controlled by the hardware and software and the system are reliably designed. The operation practice shows that this system can run stably and meet the technique requirement.
