摘    要:在1,3-丙二醇发酵液电渗析脱盐小试研究的基础上进行了中试研究,着重考察了浓淡室流速、浓室初始浓度和膜对电压对电渗析操作过程的影响,通过综合比较脱盐时间、电流效率、能耗等一系列指标,确定了中试条件下脱盐工艺的最佳操作条件。

Abstract:Based on the laboratory-scale electrodialytic desalination experiment in enlarged scale, which emphasizes on the flow rate of Diluted & Concentrated compartment, the initial concentration of Concentrated compartment and membrane voltage and their effects on the processes of electrodialysis has been carried out. By contrasted with the desalination time, current efficiency and energy consumption, etc, optimum conditions under the pilot - plant level experiments have been obtained.
