| 摘 要： | 本文首先分析了组织机构模型在工作流管理系统中的地位与作用,然后针对企业组织机构模型存在的多样性与易变性,提出了对企业具有较强通用性的组织机构模型及其完整的设计方案.最后,还给出了该组织机构模型的一个应用实例.
